Each November, Warsaw’s Independence March turns the city center into a moving field of flags, smoke, police lines, spectators, and waiting bodies. These photographs follow the moments where patriotic ritual meets ordinary urban life. The march appears in shops, crossings, underpasses, glass façades, and places of exhaustion, briefly settling into the everyday city.
